Returns Based on Change of Mind

You have 2 hours after placing your order to cancel it for a full refund in case of wrong sizing or change of mind. To cancel, log into your RoyalKix account, select the relevant order, and click “Cancel”.

After the 2-hour window, we are unable to offer full refunds, exchanges, or swaps of any kind due to the anonymous nature of our resale platform.

If you wish to return your order after 2 hours, a 9.5% handling fee will apply. You will receive 90.5% of the item’s value (excluding shipping) as RoyalKix Store Credit.

If the order has already been fulfilled, the item must be returned and pass our inspection process before a credit is issued.

The 9.5% fee covers our restocking and processing costs. Please place your order carefully.

Return Conditions

To return an item, email [email protected] within 90 days of receiving your order. Include "Order Return (Your Order Number)" in the subject line. You are responsible for shipping costs both to and from RoyalKix.

Items are only eligible for return if:

  • The request is made within 90 days of delivery (based on tracking).
  • The RoyalKix tag is intact and untampered.
  • The item is unworn, in original packaging, and in original condition.
  • The item is packed securely and safely, just like it was shipped.
  • You have emailed us in advance to initiate the return process.

Please ensure proper packaging. Inappropriate packaging (e.g., shipping shoes in soft satchels, damaged boxes, or using insufficient padding) may result in an additional 10% fee.

RoyalKix reserves the right to reject any return if:

  • The item is deemed unfit for return upon arrival.
  • No prior email was sent to initiate the return.

Buyers are responsible for their items until they are received and accepted by our team. We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance.

Credit notes are issued to the original order email only and cannot be transferred. If you lose access to that email, we cannot reissue the credit. RoyalKix credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Note: Mystery Box orders are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Returns Based on Fit for Use

If your sneakers have a potential manufacturing defect, they may be sent to our team for assessment. We will determine if the issue is due to wear and tear or a genuine fault.

Refunds or exchanges will be granted only if:

  • You provide valid proof of purchase.
  • Tags are still intact.
  • Sneakers are returned in the same condition as shipped.

If these conditions are met, RoyalKix will allow free returns for manufacturing faults.

Important: Sneakers released over 2 years ago are often considered collectibles. Their “fit for use” is for display/storage purposes, not wear.
