Order Processing
Orders marked as "Fastest" are processed instantly and shipped within 1–2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
Other orders may be fulfilled from partner locations, which may require additional processing time. Shipping times will vary depending on the carrier and location. A second email notification will be sent once your order is shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Shipping costs within Australia range from A$14 to A$32 depending on your location.
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to the following countries:
- New Zealand
- United States of America
- Canada
- Germany
- United Kingdom
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are applied once a shipment reaches your destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by RoyalKix.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to become available.
If you do not receive your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will assist you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns Due to Manufacturing Fault
If you believe your sneakers have a manufacturing fault, you may return them for assessment. Our team will determine whether the issue is due to wear and tear or a genuine manufacturing defect.
To qualify for a return or exchange, you must provide proof of purchase, keep all original tags intact, and ensure the sneakers are in the same condition as received.
If approved, RoyalKix will cover return shipping for products deemed unfit for use due to a manufacturing issue.
Note: Sneakers released more than 2 years ago are typically considered collectibles and are intended for display, not wear.
Returns Based on Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our resale platform, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind — including if the wrong size was ordered.
All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once placed, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
